Sign up

Click here to fill out the Sign-Up form. This form gives us information about your organization so we can get started setting up your service and phones. This also gives you the chance to order new phone numbers or tell us which numbers you'd like to port to Intulse. After completing and submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Upon receipt of your completed form, we'll start the setup process for your account. We'll work with you to gather information regarding how you want your phone system set up – things like extensions, how you'd like to have your calls routed, how to set up call recordings, etc. Don't worry, we'll provide guides and examples.

STEP 02

Plugin your phones

If you've ordered new phones through Intulse, we'll fully configure your phones and ship them to you. Your phones will be ready to go right out of the box.

You'll have the opportunity to make customized recordings for your callers. These will be the messages and prompts that your callers hear when they call into your phone system. You can record your own messages directly from your new phone or you can choose to record the messages on your computer and send them to us as MP3 or WAV files. We'll provide instructions on how to do this.

STEP 03

Testing & Go-Live

Call into your phone system and make sure that your calls are flowing as you'd like and that you're satisfied with your recordings, etc.

If you ordered new phone numbers through Intulse, you're ready to go and can begin making calls. If you are porting an existing number, we'll schedule a "cutover" date to transfer your number to Intulse. We'll work with you to coordinate the specific date for the transfer to take place. In most cases, we'll be able to accommodate the date of your choosing.
